Neon oxfords make me smile, so I had to create a look that matched that smile.

Creating the Look: 
This look started with the oxfords. I love pairing oxfords with skirts. It's a great combination of masculinity and femininity. Due to my love for pairing neon and blue, I decided to wear a navy skirt. I wanted to add a top that was simple but had some detail so I wore a button up with lace detail. To tie in the look, I wore a cardigan that had all the colors of the outfit in it. I added a mint collar necklace because it give the look some bling and it flowed with the colors in the look. I completed the look with a pair of wayfarers.
