I'm not usually a black suit kind of person because they can be a little boring to me. A suit must be colorful, printed or detailed to get me in one. That's exactly how I got myself in this outfit.
Creating the Look:
This look started with the blazer. I usually see a white blazer with black trim so I was drawn to this blazer because it wasn't the norm. I wanted the blazer to be the focal point so I paired it with black, slim leg slacks. The slim leg of the slacks was the first detail that convinced me to wear a black suit. Next, I went the classic suit route by adding a white button up. After that, I need some color so I added a pop with a neon yellow sweater. To add some bling, I wore a jeweled, floral necklace. I highlighted the white trim on the blazer by wearing white pumps. Last, I added a black clutch and the look was complete.
