On March 9th, I attended Belk's Spring Fashion Show featuring Trina Turk. This event was hosted by the Junior League of Raleigh and they did a great job. Not only did we get a great show, but RTP's fashion industry were able to network before and after the show. Here's some highlights of the night...

What I Wore: H&M Faux Leather Jacket and Skirt | Forever 21 Sweater | Target Clutch | Shoedazzle Heels | Charlotte Russe Earrings

There was a huge presence of RTP's fashion industry at this event, including Fashion and Natural Hair Blogger Ashley Ellis of FabEllis.com, Fashion Consultant and Style Blogger Lawrence Spivey of SirByronLaurent.com, and Personal Style Consultant Claire Roberts

Before the show, guest were able to shop Trina Turks spring collection.

Then, it was time for the show! First, Belk presented three spring collections, then Trina Turk's collection followed.
The first collection presented by Belk was their Clean Slate collection. This collection featured clean lines and minimalistic colors, including black, white, and neon yellow.

Next, Belk invoked our inner Jetsetter! By sending down the runway lightweight garment, exotic fabrics, and animal prints, everyone was on an instant vacation.

The last Belk collection, Feminine Charms, was a collection of soft colors and fabrics. It featured perfect Kentucky Derby inspired looks for both women and men.

The best was saved for last. Trina Turk's collection was a playful 60s inspired collections. With bold prints, shift dresses, and wide leg pants, you could see the inspiration shine through.
