Fashion Week is finally here! This look is from two weeks ago when I was anticipating New York Fashion Week. I'm pretty sure it's obvious that I couldn't wait by the NYC shirt. 

Creating the Look:

Of course this look starting with the NYC shirt. When thinking of wearing this shirt, all I knew was I wanted to cuff the sleeves on the tee. Once I thought of cuffing the sleeves, I thought that it looked pretty "bad ass," so I wanted to add the opposite on the bottom. I went for a soft, flowy skirt. I brought the "bad ass" back with the buckle strap heels and collar necklace. I completed the look with a tassel black clutch and a dark lip.
