Creating the Look:
Of course the look started with the skirt. I wanted to pair it with springy items so I first chose a floral blazer. I wore the blazer with a stripe shirt that had the same colors in it. Because I love neon and blue together, I wore a neon belt. I kept the shoes neutral but brought more detail to the look with the studs. I completed the look with wayfarer.
