As you know, I’m addicted to mixing prints and every week I challenge myself to do it. This addiction is like an angry birds addiction…I can stop until I complete a level/outfit. For this outfit, I started with the skirt. I've been trying to find the perfect top to pair with the skirt. The top had to be interesting but simple enough that the skirt would stand out. So of course, this meant mixing prints. I knew I wanted something black and white because that would make the pink skirt pop. With that said, I chose my black and white leopard sweater but when I put the two pieces on, I wasn't in love. Something that would tie the pieces together was missing...I needed a neutral. Instead of the typical white button-up, I went for my denim one. This added a neutral piece and detail. I also added my white belt to break up the print. To complete the look, I threw on my favorite new heels from ShoeDazzle. When mixing prints, you have to make sure it’s balanced so be sure to add neutrals when necessary.
