a strong woman is hard to define because the definition varies from woman to woman. A woman has the ability to define her strength, to define what makes her strong. Our individual paths contribute to our definition of a strong woman. What we have endured, our successes, our failures, who we encounter, all strengthen us.

At one point, I thought my strength was defined by others. Then adulting started kicking my ass and the definition others gave me didn’t measure up. I started to understand the definition of my strength was my responsibility.
